For the past four years, Ben served as Fixed Operations Director for one of the largest boat dealerships in Central Florida, where he led service and support teams with a focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. His background also includes multiple leadership roles across customer-facing and operational teams, where he built a reputation for clear communication, steady decision-making, and delivering results under pressure.
Now, as the founder of Concierge Marine Services, Ben is channeling his passion and experience into a full-service marine concierge company built to support boaters at every stage of ownership. Whether it’s helping newcomers get started, supporting seasoned boaters with maintenance and logistics, or managing seasonal prep and repairs, Ben and his team take care of the details—so clients can focus on enjoying their time on the water.
